Tech & Learning Honors Incident IQ Products at ISTELive 2025

ATLANTA, July 7, 2025 — Incident IQ’s iiQ Ticketing, iiQ Assets, and iiQ Resources have been honored with Future’s Best of Show Award, presented at ISTELive 2025 by Tech & Learning in the Secondary Education category.

Tech & Learning’s Best of Show Awards are evaluated by a panel of industry expert judges and editors, and are selected on a points score against a range of criteria, including innovation, feature set, reliability, and performance. Winners were formally announced at the Tech & Learning reception, which took place during ISTE.

These solutions from Incident IQ help K-12 districts improve operations and support a safe, productive learning environment:

  • iiQ Resources, Incident IQ’s newest solution, centralizes inventory, distribution, and approval processes for all teaching materials, giving districts real-time visibility to ensure equitable allocation and prevent shortages or overstock.
  • iiQ Ticketing and iiQ Assets give IT teams a unified platform to streamline support, manage technology, justify budgets, and make data-informed decisions.

“The products nominated for the Best of Show program, provide an outstanding overview of new technology on the show floor and shine a spotlight on the products, and businesses behind them, who are transforming education in schools around the world,” said the awards editorial team.

“We’re thrilled to have won this award and recognition from the Tech & Learning team,” said R.T. Collins, CEO at Incident IQ. “Our teams have worked very hard and the work does not end there.”
