Chief Customer Officer · Incident IQ

Patrick Bennett serves as Chief Customer Officer at IncidentIQ, overseeing the full span of customer success functions: from onboarding and training to support, account management, and community engagement. In this role, he amplifies the voice of K‑12 districts, making sure product development and operations remain tightly aligned with K-12 stakeholder needs across departments (e.g., IT, Maintenance/Operations, Educators, etc). Under his leadership, IncidentIQ’s customer success teams have continuously refined workflows and support models to scale across hundreds of districts.

Patrick’s deep connection to K‑12 comes from years of helping schools adopt operational software and integration strategies. He was a key driver behind IncidentIQ Academy, a training portal designed to accelerate district adoption and reduce friction in rollout. He approaches challenges with a partnership mindset — believing that software should adapt to districts rather than asking districts to adapt to software.

When he’s not in calls with district leaders, Patrick enjoys digging into usage data, surfacing insights that help educators reclaim time previously lost to administrative overhead. His guiding principle is simple: every improvement in process or experience should let teachers and staff return focus to what matters most — students.
